Policy

All bookings are subject to £10 non-refundable deposit upon confirmation of booking. Your appointment is not secure until deposit is received.

UrNails is home based, please arrive to your appointment alone and on time, lateness of 15 mins will result in cancellation of your appointment and loss of the £10 deposit. You will need to re-schedule your appointment.

Unfortunately, I will not remove or work over another nail tech's work, please make sure this is removed before your appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment. Your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.

For a longer lasting manicure, avoid intense heat for the first 24/48 hours. (Saunas, Sun Beds, Hot Baths etc.)

Attend regular appointments every 2-3 weeks to maintain your nails and collect your loyalty stamps!

Apply cuticle oil daily to keep your nails healthy and to encourage growth.

Do not pick the gel off of your nails. This will damage the natural nail.

Book a soak-off appointment or ask for advice.

Wear gloves when using cleaning products or washing the dishes.

Remember, nails are jewels, not tools!
